    I’ve heard of the Paleo diet but didn’t exactly know what it was until now. I really like the part you said about it being what our ancestors ate. Part of me really wants to try it. I just love sugar so much but I know I would be so much more healthy. I’m going to think about it. You definitely got my attention! Great review!

    • Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Shiloh You’re right regarding sugar. Sugar is unhealthy (read: dangerous) substance that may cause different health issues. Try to avoid it as much as you can! You can substitute sugar with honey, dried fruit, fresh fruit, nuts, tahini, etc. – eating them in moderation.

  2. Thank you kindly for this insight, I’m not quite paleo but it is something to look in to. I try as best I can to eat as natural as possible food but OMG that is so difficult these days.

    Processed food and a lifetime has left my stomach screwed – so much so that when I eat processed stuff I am sick quickly afterwards.

    • I understand… And agree with you that it’s not so easy to eat healthily nowadays. The majority of people struggle to find time and energy to cook after a long, busy day. I also understand that it’s difficult to change your eating habits in order to start eating healthily, but… Eating fast food and unhealthy, processed food is not the solution. On the other hand, there are plenty of delicious, healthy recipes you can prepare in no time for your family or yourself.

    This is the first time I have heard of this type of diet. I like that you talk about the recipes in the cook book. I get so bored with eating the same thing every day.
