Healthy Tuna Salad without Mayo

Healthy Tuna Salad without Mayo is quick, light, and full of Mediterranean flavor recipe. My family loves it!  This amazing low carb, gluten free, herby salad can be served as a sandwich as well. Not to mention that putting the salad on some crackers would make an awesome snack! Olive oil replaces heavy and often processed, mayonnaise. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper, and you’ll get a fresh tuna salad in no time.
