WHAT IS FETA CHEESE?
FETA CHEESE is a rich and creamy soft cheese of Greece, authentically made of whole sheep’s milk, although many are now made with goat’s milk or a mixture of the two. Feta is prized in salads, eaten as a snack or added to some hot dishes.
It is so popular in Greece that very little gets exported. Nowadays, many countries produce forms of feta cheese, including Australia, Germany, Denmark, the United States. Due to the great demand for feta cheese in Greece, you will probably have difficulty finding the real feta cheese outside of Greece.

- 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges.
- 1 cucumber, pilled and sliced into thick half-moons
- ½ a red onion, sliced into rings
- 8-10 black olives
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
